Kirsty Gilbert, Director
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Kirsty is the proud owner of SRP established in 1999. She has over 25 years private practice experience and has a Masters degree in Manipulative (Musculoskeletal) Physiotherapy.
Kirsty loves her career as a Physiotherapist helping patients improve their quality of life and reach their fitness goals. She has a passion for teaching physiotherapy and enjoys both her role of mentoring new graduate Physiotherapists at the clinic as well as her external role as a Clinical Educator for 3rd year Physiotherapy students at the University of Adelaide.
Throughout her career Kirsty has worked as a Physiotherapist for several local and state sporting teams, including the Port Districts Football Team, SASI Kayaking and swimming squads.
Kirsty has expertise in treating neck and back pain ranging from the young athlete to the elderly with expertise in manipulative physiotherapy, dry needling and clinical pilates rehabilitation.
In her spare time Kirsty loves playing hockey and spending time with her family including her 3 school age children.
Kirsty is at the clinic on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Montanna Doudle
Physiotherapist
Montanna completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at the University of South Australia in 2021. After graduating, she joined our SRP team, before returning to her hometown of Port Lincoln to work in private practice for the last year. Montanna has gained a broad variety of Physiotherapy experience having worked in rural and metropolitan private practices, in addition to having years of Sports Trainer experience working with Port Adelaide’s AFL, SANFL and AFLW teams.
She has a strong interest in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, and is passionate about working with people of all ages to help them reach their best. Montanna favours a combined treatment approach of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation, and has completed additional training in Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping, and APPI Clinical Pilates.
Montanna is at the clinic Monday to Friday.
Nicole Casazza
Physiotherapist
Nicole completed her Master of Physiotherapy through the University of South Australia in 2023. Prior to this, she worked as a sports trainer and learned Clinical Pilates through APPI courses. As a sports trainer, she gained experience in preventing and treating sports injuries through taping, massage and first aid.
She enjoys musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, with an interest in using exercise rehabilitation as well as manual treatment. Nicole also enjoys continuing to work as a sports trainer, helping athletes to perform at their best.
When not at SRP, Nicole practices her passion for a healthy and balanced lifestyle through weightlifting, hiking and spending time with family.
Nicole is at the clinic Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Anna Walsh
Physiotherapist
Anna has happily worked in private practice as a physiotherapist since 2000, after she graduated from the University of Melbourne. She has worked closely with a variety of sports people, including St Kilda and Amateur League Footballers in Victoria, classical ballet dancers, gymnasts, triathletes and netballers.
She was previously the Physiotherapist at Queenstown Gymnastics Club, a role she held for 8 years. Anna also enjoyed the honour of being the Physiotherapist for the SA State Team at the 2012 Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Nationals competition in Sydney.
Anna has really enjoyed teaching Clinical Pilates since 2002 and has a strong focus on postural correction.
She particularly loves physiotherapy treatment of children and adolescents.
Anna is at the clinic Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Alice Kelsh
Physiotherapist
Alice graduated from the University of South Australia in 2011. She joined the clinic in 2014 after spending two years working in private practice in the Riverland. Here she gained an invaluable wide variety of physiotherapy experience including sports injuries, Pilates Rehabilitation and post-operative joint management.
She has a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and has already gained an excellent reputation treating patients at our clinic using her progressive clinical skills including dry needling techniques.
Alice is a strong advocate for a fit and healthy lifestyle which is reflected in her treatment approach.
Alice is at the clinic every Thursday.
Carly Malcolm
Physiotherapist
Carly completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement and Health Studies) and a Master of Physiotherapy (Graduate Entry) at the University of South Australia. Graduating in 2013, she then joined the team at Semaphore Road Physio. Throughout her career Carly has incorporated a strong focus on manual therapy for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, combined with personalised exercise rehabilitation to help clients achieve their health and lifestyle goals.
After experiencing pregnancy and childbirth herself, Carly developed a particular interest in Women’s Health Physiotherapy and has committed to ongoing education in this field to provide her clients with the most up to date treatment approaches and education. Carly is passionate about helping women navigate the changes experienced throughout all life stages, and particularly throughout the pregnancy and postpartum periods.

Carly is at the clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Louise Glennon
Remedial Massage Therapist
Louise completed her studies in June 2018 and qualify with a Diploma of Remedial Therapy. In November 2018 she completed a certificate in pregnancy Massage with Pregnancy Massage Australia. Louise enjoys treating with Myofascial release and restoring relaxation to her clients.
In Louise’s time away from the clinic she is a golfer with a single figure handicap and is a member of The Grange golf club. Louise was a member of the South Australian team than won the national team’s title in 2006. At The Grange golf club Louise has been a member of the Sanderson cup team that has won 4 titles in a row and is a past club champion.
Louise is at the clinic Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Tarnya Smith
Practice Manager
When visiting SRP, you will most likely be greeted by Tarnya.
Tarnya has a keen interest in learning and taking on new challenges. Tarnya has almost 10 years of experience in customer service. When visiting the clinic, her bright, bubbly, and positive attitude will leave you with a smile.
Tarnya coordinates the admin team and has a strong focus on making sure you, the client, fully understands our processes and loves keeping the client fully informed.
When not at SRP, Tarnya plays hockey, keeps active in the gym, and loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys mini-weekend getaways in her hometown Moonta.
